Focus of collaboration between Itelligence Global Managed Services and NTT DATA RO is the delivery of 2nd Level SAP Basis Support Services for different itelligence end customers from various industries by integrating NTT DATA RO team members to end customer support groups.

Provided services: Incident Management, Availability Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Continuous Improvement Process.

  • Involvement in different end customers projects: System installations, migrations, Upgrades or Enhancements of SAP System
