  • Extention of the initial SAP logistics service by the software maintenance of 13 additional applications and accommodation of other 9 new applications
  • Ensuring the functionality of the worldwide used SAP Logistics systems
  • Transition within 3 months (Knowledge transfer from IBM and HP)
  • Transformation of the initial service from a maturity level 1, to a maturity level 2

  • Transformation of the initial service from a maturity level 1, to a maturity level 2 (acchieved through an internal level assessment)
  • Transition/Transformation occurred according to the Dynamo approach (Introduction, Hands On, Primary Contact, Ownership)
