  • Maintenance and development of a desktop and web application for two German banks in Northern Germany
  • The customer relationship management software is the first step in consulting. The goals and wishes of the customer are recorded, as well as his personal data and his financial situation
  • Location: NTT DATA Romania in Cluj-Napoca
  • 1 project manager for each development department and 1 NTT DATA Romania manager for the customer
  • Communication: GoToMeeting, Sametime and Email; daily meetings, if required
  • Status report: 2 times a week / on request
  • Task Management Systems: BMC Remedy ITSM, Change and Configuration Management (CCM), ClearQuest and HP Quality Center
